AGR CAR RENTAL COMPANY IN PIRAEUS
General Conditions
1. Age Requirements: For ALL groups renters must be at least 25 years old. A 25 year old minimum age requirement is applicable to all credit card holders. Για την ενοικιαση αυτοκινητου πρεπει ο οδηγος να ειναι ανω 25 ετων
2. Driver's License: The AGR (ATHENS GREECE CAR RENTAL) Rent a Car Agency requires that renters have an international or a European driver's license, held at least for one year.Αδεια οδηγησεωςμε ισχυ ανω του ενος ετους
3. Minimum Rental: One day (24 hours). Every additional hour is calculated at 1/5 of the daily rate. Η ενοικιαση πρεπει να ειναι το λιγοτερο 24 ωρες
4. Traffic Fines: Any traffic violations and expenses accumulated during the rental period, must be reported and settled by the client. Οδικες παραβασεις βαρυνουν αποκλειστικα τον ενοικιαστη
5. Insurance: Clients may obtain collision protection by purchasing a collision damage waiver for € 7 per day for car groups A, B, B1 and C, and € 9 per day for groups D, E, E1, F, G, G1, and H.

Without CDW, the renter's responsibility is:

Please note that with CDW, the deductible is € 300.
6. Personal Accident Insurance: an optional insurance, available for just € 1.47 per day and covers the renter and all passengers in the rented car with the following amounts:

7. Any damage to the tires, the wheels, or the underneath of the car is not covered by any insurance policy and is the responsibility of the renter. Οποιαδηποτε ζημια στα ελαστικα τους τροχους και κτυπηματα στο κατω μερος του αυτοκινητου δεν καλυπτονται απο καμμια ασφαλεια ακομη και αν ο πελατης εχει παρει μικτη ασφαλιση .
8. Taxes: An 23% VAT is included in all rates.Φοροι 23% περιλαμβανονται στις τιμες
9. Gasoline is the responsibility of the renter. Η βενζινη βαρυνει τον ενοικιαστη
10. Delivery and Collection to/from:
• The Athens International Airport: Free of Charge.(night delivery - collection 20 euro extra)
• Athens and the Greater Athens Area: € 20.00 (for rental more than 7 days is free of charge)Port of Piraeus 20 euro Port of Rafina 30 euro Port of Lavrio 30 euro
• Outside Athens and the Greater Athens Area: upon request
• For using the ferries to the Greek Islands must have written permission from the AGR car rental Agency. Για την μεταφορα του αυτοκινητου με πλοιο χρειαζεται γραπτη αδεια της AGR
11. One Way Rental

12. Outside the Greek Border Rentals: Not available. Απαγορευεται η μεταφορα του αυτοκινητου εκτος Ελλαδος
13. A valid credit card is required in order to rent a car. Μια πιστωτικη καρτα απαιτειται για την ενοικιαση του αυτοκινητου ακομα και αν ο ενοικιαστης πληρωσει μετρητοις
